New Contract highs and contract highs closes in both Live and Feeder Cattle. 3 big reports come out after the close on Friday which have the potential to move markets next week. Seasonally, prices tend to come down a bit in August, but current markets are still very bullish. Hogs posted a nice recovery off a spike low yesterday and I think they move higher from here. Grains were all lower yesterday, except Soybean Oil. Weather forecasts remain “summer” and bearish, I think. Wheat may chop for a while, but might be getting close to harvest lows. My charts indicate new trade signals in Lean Hogs, Chicago Wheat, Sugar, Coffee, Cocoa and Bitcoin.
