The markets are bouncing today. It has been a fairly steady up day with beans,meal and oil all advancing. the market is digesting the recent break. Also, the thought that perhaps a bit of dry weather is in front of us. The reality to me looks as though ample moisture has fallen all over and a few areas remain dry. the global landscape is a more than ample supply of soybeans. The amount of product available is reaching record amounts. This while demand has been robust. If we consider the other side, What if demand remains flat ? the markets appear to be to high. Look at rallies as opportunities. Both the spec and the hedger. As always quantify your risk.
