I post these videos every trading day, shortly after 8 AM CT. Check back here tomorrow for another update!
Livestock futures were mixed yesterday, with Feeder Cattle setting new contract highs and a new contract high close. Live Cattle closed a touch lower, but didn’t do any “damage” to the charts, uptrend still there. Lean Hogs closed just under the 50 day moving average, but have moved sideways the past 4 sessions, on a closing basis. There was news of new trade deals being struck with the Philippines and Japan yesterday. Details are scant, so far, other than the Japan deal is worth some $550 Billion. Corn is unchanged overnight, but the Soy complex is higher on bullish anticipation for those deals. Wheat futures are lower, but I think the Wheat markets are consolidating into a harvest low base. My charts have new signals in Natural Gas, Russell 2000, Dow, 30 Year T-Bonds, the US Dollar and KC Wheat today.
