Both Live and Feeder Cattle markets posted new contract highs yesterday, but failed to hold the gains and closed well off their highs. Those markets have been very strong this week and may be due for some profit taking. Lean Hogs trading both sides of the 107.000 level for the 7th consecutive day. Grain markets are slightly lower this morning. Traders await the Crop Production and WASDE reports from the USDA @ 11am CT. Silver is leading the metal markets higher, gaining 1.19 at the moment, adding to the 67 1/2 cents that market gained yesterday. Flash export sale of 219k MT of Soybeans to Mexico just came across my screen.
