5 Minutes on the Markets – 05/15/25

Live and Feeder Cattle posted bearish reversals yesterday, setting those up for a weaker open, I think, this morning. Corn and Wheat up mildly overnight on weather concerns. There appears to be some Soybean Crush Spread unwinding today, Beans are down almost 15 cents, Bean Oil is 1 tick off of limit down and Soymeal is up 6.00. There does seem to be some confusion or concern over the future of Biofuel Tax Credits, which seems to have sparked the selloff in Bean Oil. Gold, Silver and Copper are testing support today and may move higher off of long-term moving averages.
